Co founded The Media Merchants a pioneer in projection and interactive advertising technology where he served as CEO before his exit in 2013. In 2014 he co founded a Philippines/ Taiwan venture called Future Farm which built the disaster response program for the Philippines. His experience in South East Asia and North America contributes to his ability to raise capital and set the right go to market strategy for partnerships and market growth.

Harold is an expert in high performance computing. Before Simplex Point, he founded Secodix Corp in the Financial Services Technology space, where he served as the founder-CTO overseeing technology and customer development before his exit in 2012. He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Potsdam and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern.

Alan is a Serial Entrepreneur with several successes. Before Simplex Point, he worked with Harold at Secodix as an advisor in addition to other positions including ADM Science and Technology, B.C., CEO of SFUniventures and SFU UILO, CEO of GPT Management Ltd and mentor of a portfolio of startup venture companies. Alan has a PhD in Physical Chemistry from UBC, and BSc Physics and Chemistry from McMaster University.
