Jade has 17 years in corporate finance and handles the financial, legal, and administrative functions. Jade previously was with a Las Vegas-based SaaS company serving the workers compensation insurance industry. He also helped grow a real estate management company from 1 state to 11, and grew an electronic transactions company from 12 employees and $1MM in annual revs to 150 people and $30MM in revs, and then sold to a NASDAQ-listed acquirer.

With over 40 years in education, including 10 years as a superintendent and many years as a teacher, Dr. Lewis understands the need to personalize learning. He knows how educators think, and included teachers in the creation of the solution provided by Silverback Learning Solutions, ensuring high usefulness and adoption. He also has owned businesses over time and knows the challenges of growing a business.

Rudi oversees product development, sales, and marketing. After earning degrees in electrical engineering Rudi spent 15 years with HP, including time as product manager of the HP Customer Contact Manager and global solutions manager for the HP mobile network. He also co-founded an online auto sales business, PMRAuto.com.
