Prior to starting Silver Eagle, Mrs. Lockwood held several positions at a venture capital firm in San Mateo, California for thirteen years, her last position being Vice President of Portfolio Monitoring. She holds three degrees: BA in chemistry from the San Francisco College for Women (now part of the University of San Francisco), MS in meteorology from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA in finance from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Sandy is a mechanical engineer by degree, combustion engineer by training, and inventor by vocation. He manages the sales and marketing functions of Silver Eagle. He holds 31 patents in engineering, thermal valves, gas turbine technology, and consumer products. He holds two degrees: BE in mechanical engineering from Villanova University, and an MBA in marketing from Santa Clara University.

Tim has a solid background in sales and marketing management and customer development. He has an in depth knowledge of all channels of distribution with special emphasis on mass merchandisers. After spending fifteen years with Mr. Coffee, his last position as Senior Vice President running sales and marketing, Tim opened his own successful representation firm serving national and international retailers, especially in China. Stanley is an American-born Chinese with over twenty years of experience in Asia with Philips Electronics, Merrill Lynch, and Kingston Technology. He is Silver Eagle’s Director of Asian Business Development and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. He holds three degrees: BSEE from Columbia University, and MSEE from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from University of California Los Angeles.

Don started his first successful small business at the age of 13. Don has significant experience as a leader in small to mid-sized high growth start-ups and emergent small businesses at both the key executive and board of director levels. Don understands how to develop, polish and implement innovative business structures and strategies in dynamic marketplaces to produce positive results.
