We are a western regional property preservation company. We service and maintain foreclosed homes for banks, investors, and national preservation companies. We run things differently than all of the others by using all 1099 field techs that are reimbursed for their expenses and paid in less than half of the time than with the competition. We build our vendor network into a family that is able to consistently stick to a 95% completion rate.
