The Company will identify potentially lucrative real estate transactions or “niches” to enter into either as a direct investor or by funding other parties through loans secured by first liens and/or equity participation. Some are “fix and flip” scenarios. However, the Company's primary interest is in the “buy and hold” acquisition and management of 10+ Unit apartment complexes.
