Arya is a Silicon Valley Entrepreneur & founder CEO of Si3D. Earlier, he was the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Si2 from which Si3D was spun out. He founded Arcus in 1988, which was the first technology venture for VLSI biz in India providing silicon solutions. Arcus was acquired by Cypress & its spinout Armedia was acquired by Broadcom in 1999. Arya is ex Intel and Cypress Semi and graduated from IIT-BHU & University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Basant co-promoted Si3D. He is a Silicon Valley professional with over 35 years of experience. Basant was CEO of Videonetics that offered video analytics. Earlier, he was a VP at Centillium. Basant co-founded & was CEO of vEngines, Inc., which was acquired by Centillium in 2001. Earlier, he was VP of Engineering at Veridicom, (Bell Labs spin-off) & Hitachi, San Jose, California, Basant has M.S. from UC, Berkeley and a B.Sc. from BITS India.

He has over 16 years of experience in the Semiconductor sector and Telecom industry, mainly in Biz Dev. He started his career in 1996 at Arcus. Post acquisition of Arcus by Cypress Semi, he was the Sales Head of Cypress, India between 1999 & 2006. Since November 2006 he served as Director – Business Development of Si2, until April 2011 when Si3D was spun out of Si2. He has a BE in EE, MBA & Advanced Management Program (AMP) from IIM, Bangalore.

Saravana has 10+ years of experience in RF Product development. Earlier, he had worked as a scientist in DRDO (LRDE) for 5 years in the area of Antenna Systems. He is an expert in modern patch antenna systems and has core competency in wireless system development, EMI/EMC simulation and analysis. He has filed multiple US Provisional Patents and published several technical papers. He has a ME with specialization in Microwave and Optical Engg.

Mahesh has over 16 years experience in Telecom & Datacom domains having worked with companies like Broadcom, Athena, CDoT & Sasken. He has embedded systems software experience on large complex systems like Routers & VoIP CPE, WiMAX, Wi-Fi devices. He has handled very large deployment of various Telecom Systems for tier-1 customers. Most recently, he was the Software Manager at Beceem (now Broadcom). He has a BE in EE, ME in CS & MBA from IIM-B.

Jagadish has over 28 years experience in the Telecom and Datacom domains. As a Director, Product Line Management at Centillium (now TranSwitch) India, he led the PLM group in India, for all Centillium products, directing the Customer Support, System Validation & Board Development supporting tier-1 global customers, and working with Marketing and Engg. teams. Earlier, he worked for 14 years at Switching R&D, ITI, BLR. He has a B. Tech in E & C.

Dr. Prabhakar is an advisor and Director of Si3D. He is the founder and former President of the VLSI Society of India, and the Smart Card Forum of India. He created and headed R&D of Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) Ltd. during 1974 - 1995, of which he became Director in 1992. Earlier, he was the CMD of Datanet Corp. and Prof. at IIT-Delhi. He has several publications and has won multiple awards for his contribution to Telecommunication Engg.

Vasudevan has over to 25 years experience in the Telecom / Datacom industry space. His area of experience spreads from large telecom switch system design at CDOT to large multi-million gate telecom SoC design at Arcus Technology and Cypress Semiconductor. He has delivered innovative solutions in the area of power supply, telecom ASIC and systems like high bandwidth SONET/SDH transport solution. He has an Engineering degree from REC, Trichy.
