Cristiano Iop is founder, Board Member and CPO of Sikur. His background is in technology and
information security, having worked for companies such as Axur Information Security and Seta
Tecnologias. He is based in Portugal.

He has a bachelor in Computer Science and MBA in Information Technology at Unieuro. With more
than 20 years of experience in engeneering and sales for tech companies, having worked for
companies like Huawei, ABR Telecom and Global IP, he now leads Sikur’s team. He is based in
Brasília.

Graduated in psychology at Unifra, he has more than 10 years of experience in sales having worked
for Seta Tecnologia from 2009 to 2011 and CIBERBRAS, a holding company which controls five
companies including Sikur, from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013 he is Director of Sales for EMEA (Europe,
Middle East and Africa) for Sikur. He is based in Portugal.

companies like:
• Sikur: Secure Communication Platform. Build first secure phone from scratch
• HSBC Brazil: Developed the communication platform between the Brazilian Central Bank and HSBC

He is the only key team member that’s not a full time employee yet.
His background is in marketing having worked as Creative Director at ISOBAR, CEO and Co-Founder at
RED Consulting and team member in other companies such as Globo.com and Box1824.

He is a lawyer specialized in business and international law. He worked as a lawyer for 14 years since
1999. In 2015 joined AGEMAR, a logistics and infrastructure company, to develop the company’s
Corporate Governance Model. Today he runs If2 Capital & Management. He is based in São Paulo.
