Steve VetorinoVP of Product DevelopmentSteve Vetorino has 25 years of laser development experience. He has designed, built, installed and repaired a wide range of CW and pulsed laser and LiDAR systems. He has also established his own company that manufacturers state-of-the-art renewable energy flashlights which are distributed to over 45 countries.

Russell Sibell has more than 26 years of laser and optics experience. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of laboratory test equipment, nuclear physics and chemistry. As a captain in the U.S. Air Force Russ received the Meritorious Service Medal for his work on the Airborne Laser Project. Russ is a recognized expert in the design of optical systems.

VP of Cyber SystemsMr. Higgins has 26 years of post graduate school work experience developing sophisticated, state of the art computer data collection, analysis, and storage systems. As the Director, Telecommunications Engineering with Time Warner Cable, Rich was responsible for oversight of all aspects of the VoIP development. Rich also ran his own consulting firm where he provided consulting services to senior executives for Fortune 100 companies.
