Ian is a recent graduate from UT Austin with a BS in Mechanical Eng and has years of experience leading teams of students in technical and entrepreneurial projects. Ian founded a program within Engineers Without Borders that designs and installs wind turbines in rural Africa and founded a non-profit dedicated to earthquake relief in developing countries. He brings his technical expertise and forward thinking attitude to the Shower Stream Team.

Greg has a BS in Computer Science from UT Austin and has a demonstrated career working on R&D software from large SI-valley corporations to startups. Greg created real-time distributed software that is currently running at major international corporations including Samsung, TSMC and GlobalFoundries. He is an entrepreneurial professional and brings his extensive project management and lean startup experience to the Shower Stream Team.

Emery has a master's degree from UT Austin in Energy & Earth Resources and a bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management from Texas A&M University. Emery has experience creating behavioral change programs at multiple universities, as an energy data analyst for an Austin research institute, and brings strong skills in analyzing large utility datasets to Shower Stream.
