David Prince has had extensive national and international experience in the footwear industry – in particular athletic/ fashion retail.
He has over 17 years of retail exposure and an established network of national contacts for some of Australia’s largest and most well known brands.

Mark Campbell has held a number of roles in his last 10 years of retail, varying from buying and planning roles to more recently Director of Marketing at Foot Locker Asia Pacific. He has managed two website builds during this time, and has a passion for online retail and user experience. His insights into consumer behavior, retail branding and online trends will shape the Shooii brand position and website design.

Graham Cook has extensive experience as Chairman and Executive Director with a diverse portfolio of appointments; Chief Executive Officer of E*Trade, IOOF, Chase AMP Bank, Le Fort Capital and American Express in Australia & Asia. Currently Chairman of ATP Innovations, a leading business incubator, Chairman of Gunz Dental and a director of the trustee company for a large funds manager and successfully completed 9 year term as the Chairman of WSN.

Ed St John has global experience in roles from CEO, Chairman, President and Managing Director. He has worked with two of the major international recorded music groups - Warner and BMG .

Prakash Menon has extensive experience and a consistent track record of contribution in merchandise planning, buying, product development, supply chain and implementing turnkey solutions to complex enterprise problems in the retail sector, most recently as the director of logistics for Myer Australia.
