1. User fills out shoe profile (Condition, Size, Original price paid). 2. Matches are given based on same SwapStar rating. 3. User receives offers and can accept or decline. 4. Once an agreement has been made between traders, both parties ship to our location where shoes are verified for condition, cleaned, UV sanitized, and sent out to opposite parties. Users can pay on a per-trade basis or monthly plan.
