    KC Shoen (artist name 'P.N.G.') established his own label, ShoEnTeL Music which debuted in June 2007, and began production on 'Programmed Response', a much more well-rounded and genre-diverse album than the previously self released 'Darkest August.' Also a radio personality, having an ecclectic/ high energy radio program called ‘The De-Frag’ which debuted on WPMD.org in February 2009. In 3 months, the show went from 300 listeners to 30,000.
