We never achieved necessary growth with our first product Shizzlr as a standalone app and took a deep look at what we were doing. A couple of larger companies approached us to integrate our group chat and sharing into their apps. Following these and other market demands we pivoted and adapted both our product and business plan: Instead of chasing a user driven model, we focused on creating and marketing our API to businesses and developers.
