    Stephen Young is a third generation brewer and distiller with the original recipe passed down to him through three generations. He has studied business management and also chemistry and biology. He has well over 10 years of experience working with the recipe and techniques that was taught to him by his grandfather and father. He has what it takes to run a successful business and knows what to do in challenging situations.
