She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (University of Phoenix), Master of Education in Instructional Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 20-years experience in new media, educational leadership, instructional technology, information technology, and engineering fields.

Ms. Popkave leads, manages, and maintains alignment of learning and performance initiatives across the SHINSHURI enterprise. She holds a Masters and Bachelors in Education (Bloomsburg University). With more than 30-years experience as an educational provider, she understands how to navigate the landscape of academic accreditation with success in launching new schools of learning to meet local, state, and regional education standards.

Mr. Ory provides leadership and management to achieve SHINSHURI's sales and financial goals. He holds a Bachelors in Accounting (McGill University). With more than 25-years experience, he is skilled in merger and acquisition assignments; and oversees sales team, manages customer accounts, internal finances, financial records, and administrative functions to align sales functions across enterprise operations and corporate services.

Ms. Green provides leadership and direction to ensure business operations are in alignment with corporate services. She holds a Master of Art (California State University Sacramento). With more than 30-years experience, she has expertise in program management, training and development, human and business performance; and oversees educational services, membership services, and business alignment and integration.

Ms. Rodriguez provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing internal and external educational technologies, academic curricula, training and certification programs through the partnering entity of Pedageo Media. Ms. Rodriguez also provides effective operations and infrastructure to support educational service operations. Ms. Rodriguez has 20 years' of IT consulting experience working with multiple fortune 500 companies.
