Many other products available focus on tracking, reward, and prescription. We wanted to go beyond these applications to create a game with the key elements that truly impact sustainable motivation. The largest of these being fun.

    Julie Price, CEO of Shinobi Labs, is an expert in new product development, human-computer interaction, marketing, and game design. She entered the fitness industry directly after completing her MBA from Wharton. After evaluating gym members psychological and behavioral profiles for a fitness center chain, Julie began building technology products to change behavior. Her designs and tests attract and engage people who want to move more.

    CMO & Co-founder

    Aaron combines his knowledge of exercise physiology, his business expertise managing fitness centers, his creative marketing skills, his passion for technology and his goal of inspiring people to improve their overall health through social and mobile games. Aaron has a research-based background as an ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist and enjoys combining both practical and researched based approaches. He also founded a online fitness company.

  • Ernie Medina, Jr., DrPH, CHFS
    Chief Wellness Officer & Co-founder

    Dr. Medina has been a preventive care specialist, focusing on lifestyle medicine, since 1993 at Beaver Medical Group, specializing in weight loss, smoking cessation, and stress management. He is also a clinical assistant professor at Loma Linda University and the CEO/Co-founder of MedPlay Technologies. His ultimate goal is to help create effective and FUN health behavior change games that communicate between patient, provider, and EMR.
