Shillow Beer Company has been producing certified kosher craft beer for the Ontario market since 2014. Operating as a contract brewery, Shillow Beer's products have been successful in over 600 retail and restaurant establishments.

Shillow Beer Co will open its flagship brewery location in Ottawa in Spring 2021. This venture will allow Shillow Beer to expand its distribution channels as well as provide the opportunity to offer many new products.
