Shift Medical is a marketplace for local, high-quality medical talent. Specifically, we empower registered nurses to take shifts across healthcare organizations, while providing organizations with real-time, 24/7, on-demand access to high-quality, local nurses. This is accomplished by streamlining the entire workflow from credentialing through to payments and providing full medical malpractice coverage for all shifts acquired through our platform. Our mission is to help address the crisis of a lack of medical talent in the US and by doing so we will have a direct impact on the quality of care delivered to patients. Although our initial target market is substantial ($43.6B), our model readily scales across different types of medical providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc) and internationally.
