Jason Chane is a leader in the evolving recovery industry. He has worked in the field for over five years now and brings much personal and professional experience to the world of recovery. Jason started as a Program Director at Mark Houston Recovery Center (now Benchmark Recovery Center) in Austin, Texas in 2008.

RJ García is a Central Texan with over twenty-six years of serving the recovery community. RJ earned a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling from the world-renowned Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies at the Center City, Minnesota alcohol and drug addiction treatment center. HGSAS offered a unique curriculum that integrates theory, science and clinical practice.

Mr. Strickland is our senior Sherpa community support staff. In that capacity he is responsible for working with communities where we will start recovery centers. His contributions enable the company to assure that our centers will integrate with the communities existing support systems and infrastructure.
