Mr. Sheppard began his career as a federal police officer and Special Agent for the U.S. Capitol Police and later transitioned to the Intelligence Community serving as a staff employee and a defense contractor serving in multiple areas dealing with intelligence and law enforcement. In 2005 Mr. Sheppard envisioned creating a website that would allow for consumers and security service providers and professionals to conduct business online.

Joby John, runs a successful tech company in India, that has partnered with SJOD LLC to build the SecurityBizOD.com website and mobile application. Joby has devoted the talented resources of his company to SJOD LLC for mutual benefit and success. Currently Joby is the surogate CTO for SJOD LLC and works closely with President and CEO of SJOD LLC to ensure product development and strategy meet.
