Rob is an electrical and mechanical engineer and business graduate from Princeton and MIT. After consulting for McKinsey, Rob did a leveraged buy-out of an auto supplier. He grew this business from $10 million to $120 million in sales. His passion is to build a lucrative business that has a significant positive impact on the environment. He is a member of WPO Ontario, and serves on the executive at the chapter and regional levels.

Geoff is an industrial designer by training with a background in rocket science. Geoff led a successful entry into the X-Prize with the Canadian Arrow. He founded Sheer Technology in 2010 to focus on fast track clean technologies. Geoff has an uncanny ability to think outside the box and has numerous patents either granted or pending.

Klaus holds Dipl.-Ing. (M. Sc.) and Dr. Tech. (1981) degrees from the Technical University of Graz, Austria. He has deep experience in chemical and electrochemical technologies, and an excellent track record of gaining patent protection, with over 100 US and international patents. Klaus leverages his engineering and commercialization background to ensure our products are both patent protected and customer and manufacturing ready.
