Degan has worked for manufacturers Techo-Bloc, Unilock, and Cambridge Pavingstones focusing solely on contractor sales. Before this industry Degan sold to a variety of contractors for DeWALT power tools. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Boston College where he was also a 2-time all-conference wrestler.

    Beiter is responsible for marketing and IT development. For the past decade, Beiter has held executive sales and marketing positions with manufacturers Techo-Bloc and Oldcastle. Prior to his time in this industry, Beiter was a commissioned naval officer for six years after earning a B.S. in economics from the Naval Academy. While there Beiter was also was an all-American and 2-time all-East Volleyball player of the year.
