Mr. Spiecker brings more than 15 years of high-level management experience to the company. Prior to joining Sharklet, Mr. Spiecker was director of restructuring and investor relations for Adelphia Communications Corporation, responsible for client services and operations structure development at 360networks and gained experience in product manufacturing while managing human resources and process engineering for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.

Ken ChungDirector of Product Development
Since joining Sharklet as its first employee, Mr. Chung led the first research studies investigating commercial viability of the Sharklet surface for performance against disease-causing bacteria. Ken received his M.S. in materials science and engineering from the University of Florida and his B.S. in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shravanthi ReddyDirector of Research
Dr. Reddy holds a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where her research focused on microfluidics in the Step and Flash Nano-Imprint Lithography process, and a BSE degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. She received a Humboldt Fellowship for postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute researching the replication of biomimetic gecko setae for switchable adhesion on polymer surfaces.

Anthony BrennanFounder & Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Brennan is the inventor of Sharklet and an endowed professor in the Materials Science and Biomedical Engineering department at the University of Florida. His research group has earned 12 Ph.D.’s and 26 MS degrees, authored or co-authored more than 100 publications, and secured 27 invention disclosures and seven patents. Dr. Brennan received his Ph.D. in materials engineering science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Joe BaganChairman of the Board
Mr. Bagan was a senior vice president of Adelphia Communications and CFO at Ricochet Wireless Networks. Mr. Bagan has expertise in leading multi-billion dollar initiatives as he served in various executive capacities at AT&T Broadband from 2000 to 2002, which included roles such as merger leader, chief information officer and senior vice president of billing operations. Prior to recruitment by AT&T, Mr. Bagan was a partner at Arthur Andersen.
