Tao had successful start-up experience in e-commerce. He began his career in business and strategy consultant in a high-tech group company. Now, he is a MBA student at Rady School of Management, focusing in Finance with interns in different financial analysis roles.

Yafei’s background is engineering, operation and marketing. He is the second year fulltime MBA student in Rady School of Management. He has 7-year working experience in operation and successfully helped small business develop international market.

Shu worked as a marketing and business development specialist for an E-commerce startup where she was highly involved in social media, email campaigns and banner advertisement. Prior to joining Rady, Charlotte worked for years with IBM Growth Markets Unit.

Mo Chen is an experienced serial entrepreneur with four start-ups and several part-time business in China. Before that she worked in Autodesk software Inc. as a channel manager for four years working on channel policy making, project management and channel marketing in China region.
