Vincent Peak is a Spokane native, a veteran surveillance and reconnaissance Marine, a Biology graduate from Whitworth University with a background in conservation ecology and was a farmers market seller. He worked as an atmospheric scientist for the department of ecology before deciding to pursue his vision of a disruptive mobile platform which marries technology with traditional artisan food culture.
