HAAS will be engaged in the ownership, operation, management and development of a mixed-use, service-flex community combining cohousing residences, tourist and commercial community. Seeks funding for the purchase land, to cover new construction of up to 30 lofts, business center, entertainment and sporting facilities including lounge, gardens, library, and game room. It will offer catered dining and transport services to transport residents.
