David previously worked at Sunrise Orchards in Cornwall VT. He launched a line of regionally sourced and processed frozen produce that currently sells to 25 food co-ops and 13 institutions throughout New England. He also increased the number of distributors carrying Sunrise Orchards apples from 2 to 5, with a focus on Boston and New York. David also oversaw the creation of a master plan and strategic plan for Vermont Refrigerated Storage.

Colin previously worked for 5 years as Vice President at Good Point Recycling where he was in charge of day-to-day operations. Good Point Recycling grew from 14 to 30 employees during this time despite considerable hardship during the 2008 recession. Colin served on the technical advisory committee to the global industry standard (R2) for electronics recycling in 2011. He raises highland cattle.
