Company Summary

Our goal is to help start-ups with mentorship, capital, connections and more. We are an invite-only angel group and our accredited investors/ members are located around the world. Our group is connected through in-person meeting and online meetings. Our members invest in private companies at all stages. We DO NOT charge start-ups a fee to pitch. We earn our fees from our angel members.

  • Bob Bozeman

    Mr. Bozeman was General Partner, Angel Investors LP, along with Ron Conway. Investment successes included Google, PayPal, Ask Jeeves, AvantGo!, BrightMail, and RedEnvelope. Since then Bob has managed Eastlake Ventures - his own family office - with success in Nantero/Lockheed and Rare Light.

  • Manny Fernandez

    Mr. Fernandez is a Stanford University educated early-stage angel investor, partner of early-stage angel fund and a serial entrepreneur.

    He has been successful in investing in his own ideas, then taking companies from start-up status to exit. His successes, investing experience and leadership are invaluable.

    He is a frequent Judge/ Speaker at Silicon Valley startup pitch events.

    Mr. Fernandez is also an angel member of TiE Angels.
