Company Summary

We are a craft-distillery dedicated to the highest quality handcrafted distilled spirits for the southern California consumer. Our craft distillery produces premium spirits using unique materials, pre-prohibition distillation equipment and proprietary barreling techniques. A year from funding we shall launch our flagship Gunsmoke, a Mesquite-Smoked Indian Corn Whiskey, Tombstone, a Hickory-Smoked Rye Whiskey and Black Swan, an exotic African Rum.

    Former Biotech scientist and executive with 22 year experience medical research and development at three biotech start ups and a major pharmaceutical company. I founded Lost Spirits Distillery in 2011 were I helped develop the first heavily peated single scotch produced in America that uses a rapid prototyping and scale-able barreling process that I developed.
