  • I founded ServePur because customer experience matters to me. Previously, I served in a role advising store managers at Walmart Stores on business cases ranging from merchandising, customer experience & food safety. Identifying what our customers value and contributing it in a way they feel is generous is the theme guiding everything I do. Innovation in food safety enhances the valuable partnership between food retailers and their customers.

    I joined ServePur because serving quality foods in a safe environment has been my life’s work. My background in food service started at Ralph’s Grocery as a store manager. In 1998, I opened a pastries company which eventually reached sales of $4m annually. After selling my company, I opened a chain of five dine in pizzerias with salad bars in the Phoenix and KC markets. I have SafeServe Certification in San Diego, Maricopa and Jackson counties.
