    6+ years experience in social entrepreneurial ventures, including executive leadership and founder roles. An expert in intercultural development and social change, Ryan has spoken at the U.N., TEDx and a dozen universities on transformational community development. Service experience includes teaching English in a prison in Mexico, managing volunteers in Guatemala, and serving as Executive Director of a national student movement.

    Carlos is a social entrepreneur working at the nexus between international development and online learning. He is the Founder of HaitiHUB, an online learning platform that prepares development professionals and volunteers to be more accountable to the communities they serve by developing their fluency in Haitian Creole.

    Sarah is a facilitation and design faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership. She brings 8+ years of experience in leadership development, including a background in product development, lead designer, lead facilitator, business development, and proposal and grant writing. Sarah has facilitated and co-created programs in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the US.

    Pauline is an intercultural trainer and successful entrepreneur from the Netherlands. Born to Dutch parents, Pauline grew up in the Canary Islands, Madrid and Switzerland, and has worked and studied in the Netherlands, Mexico, Costa Rica and Australia. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Studies with a minor in communication, and an MSc in Culture, Organization and Management.

    Claire is a creative marketing consultant and digital storyteller with a passion for promoting social ventures. Past projects include documenting traditional honey practices in the South Caucasus with a National Geographic Young Explorers grant, managing a global maternal health program for Ashoka in Washington D.C., and leading an experiential education bicycle tour along the Pacific Coast. Claire resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
