Industrial, medical, and commercial device OEMs are seeking to update their "button & lamp" front panels to more modern iPhone-like graphic/touch interfaces. The complexity and cost of in-house engineering of this new front panel is far beyond their capabilities and budgets. Serious supplies off the shelf software and tools on ready-to-use hardware, enabling them to make a cost-effective transition in a few months rather than a several years.
