Evan Sumer is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with six years of experience leading startup companies from concept to successful launch. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Epic Aromas, a technology based food company that pioneered the gourmet, non-frozen entrée category in the United States with its Seasonal Bistro product line.

Mark Abrahams is a senior executive with 20 years of industry experience. The real estate companies he built in the last 12 years have all flourished regardless of market conditions. Most recently Mark was the COO at Waypoint Homes, where he helped build the company into leading national operator of distressed single family investment homes. As chief architect of many of the systems used at Waypoint, Mark brings invaluable experience to Sequorum.

Edward Baker brings 13 years of CFO experience in various technology, real estate, and mortgage firms. Edward currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Drever Capital, an operator of multi-family residential properties. As CFO, he manages all aspects of Drever’s investments, properties, and funds. Previously, Edward served as consulting CFO for LandSmith, an investment fund for distressed single family residential properties.
