surgeon relationships and a surgeon driven Company culture, as well as allocating capital and
resources to areas consistent with the strategic objectives of the Company. -
Christopher WyboChief Operating Officer, VP R&D
Christopher Wybo is the COO, Vice President of Research & Development and a Co-Founder of the Company. He began to devote full-time attention to the Company in January 2008 and has since been responsible for the management of SentioMMG development, intellectual property and regulatory submissions, as well as day-to-day operations of the Company.

Dr. Wider serves as Chief Science Officer, where he is responsible for leading the scientific programs and clinical trials at Sentio, while working closely with the surgeon advisory board to direct research activities that promote a greater understanding of the science behind Sentio’s products.

Aashish Shah is the Director of Product Development. Mr. Shah joined the Company in June
2010 to enhance the Design and Development process in preparation for market entry into
Canada and Europe. He brings with him an extensive mix of product development expertise
intertwined with today's regulatory requirements and quality system initiatives. -
Michael ShermanSenior Product Manager
Mike is responsible for sales and marketing of the Sentio MMG product to surgeons. He is largely responsible for building surgeon and distributor relationships that drive product adoption in the marketplace. Mike works with hospital purchasing groups to achieve vendor approval and negotiate pricing.

Rebecca WendelaDirector of Clinical Support
Ms. Wendela has over nine years of experience in the field of intraoperative neural monitoring and received her CNIM certificate in 2002. She has monitored over 2,200 surgical cases and is responsible for directing the Sentio technical support team. Rebecca has been largely responsible for developing the surgeon and sales training curriculum and works alongside the Sentio sales team to promote surgeon adoption.

Richard SoltisManager, Purchasing and Supplier Quality
Mr. Soltis is responsible for managing the flow of material from suppliers to Sentio, including pricing, quality, sourcing, cost reductions and on-time delivery. He is responsible for establishing supplier control measures and overseeing the quality of the Sentio supply base, including contract manufacturers. He is responsible for generating and evaluating supplier quality data to ensure product quality.

Mr. Backing is responsible for the accounting operations of Sentio, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP or international financial reporting standards.

Jason HinesQuality Manager
Mr. Hines rovides leadership and oversight for quality management, quality systems, quality control, complaint investigation and closure, CAPA management, and documentation functions. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with all FDA and ISO requirements and maintaining efficiency in the process. He supports and proposes product quality improvement activities and projects that may enhance the performance of Sentio products or systems.
