That company was sold in 2000 to Tyco International.

The first company, NesTek, Inc., specialized in microprocessor firmware, custom software and early open source software solutions for a variety of customers. More recently, Mr. O’Brien started and later sold xDefenders, Inc. that provided Information Security products and services in the email filtering, firewall, and system log management arenas.
