The SENSIMAT is the first system made to prevent bed sores for wheelchair users. It is a thin mat of pressure sensors that is inserted underneath a wheelchair cushion, making that cushion "smart", and allowing that cushion to be monitored from a mobile device to ensure patients are moving. We sell both direct to wheelchair users (hardware, $650), by recommendation from healthcare professionals, and in bulk to rehab/LTC ($650 + data plan).
