Starting out in management consulting Kasper then took the helm at semantic search engine company Speed of Mind, founded by Thomas Thomsen. From there he went on to do an MBA at INSEAD, leading to a position as Chief Product Officer with Europe's behavioral targeting veteran wunderloop.
Based on this experience Kasper determined that time was ripe for a completely new approach to targeting and left to found Semasio together with Thomas -
Thomas Rask ThomsenCTO | co-founder
After his Master's in Computer Science and Mathematics Thomas went into semantic search and soon co-founded Speed of Mind in the space. Selling the company to competitor Surfray and staying on for a period, Thomas then went to the investment bank Saxo Bank working on the main transaction server. At Semasio Thomas' world-class competencies in computational statistics has enabled the creation of a unique new approach to profiling and targeting.
