The program revolves around helping people learn self defense techniques, while helping them improve their mental & physical health.
This is a Martial Arts School and Gym. The main focus is on Martial Arts, but there is weight lifting equipment available for the students to use along with a few machines to aid in there cardio training. The three Self-Defense Methods being offered are, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Military hand to hand combat techniques. The concept is self-defense, with a strong emphisis on health.
