Mr. Singh has more than ten years of hardware, firmware and software design and development experience. He developed microcircuits for a variety of applications while working for Medtronic. He also developed a complete web-based soccer referee scheduling application used commercially in the Twin Cities area. He has both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Feldman has 30 years’ executive experience in information technology including database management, Internet applications, predictive analysis, and global solutions. He spent over 20 years at Ceridian Corporation in increasing positions of responsibility including Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of two major operations. Additionally, he was Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer of two healthcare startup

Mr. Mitchell has served as Board Chair since early 2014 and has taken on the role of CEO. He is an investor in Seeonic and Managing Director of Blizzard Advisors LLC. He formerly served as CEO of Motion Controls Group and was a CEO of two other private-equity financed LBO turnaround companies. He received an MBA degree from Dartmouth College and a BA degree from Lake Forest College.

Mr. Basic has over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and services with focus in areas of innovative supply chain technology. Previously, Mr. Basic has led Marketing and Business Development for RFID middleware companies Connecterra and OpenLatitude. As VP of Global Services, for Savi Technology, he led the implementation of large-scale solutions across the globe. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph, Canada.
