Phil has a business degree from the University of Michigan's Ross School. He has worked on Wall Street for Credit Suisse, including in NYC's media and telecom investment banking group and Sydney's M&A group. After this, Phil worked as the finance director of international business development for a large multinational lottery and gaming company. This role took him to China, Russia, Greece, Taiwan, Mexico, UK, Turkey and Vietnam, among others.

Matt has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a master's degree in engineering from Stanford University. He has worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company in NYC as well as a private equity investor for the energy industry for five years at Hudson Clean Energy Partners. In addition, he spent a year as a business development director for a solar company in California.
