Company Summary

Seek & Adore makes it easy and more personal to buy unique homewares, accessories and gifts. Meet the people behind the products, read interviews, see video of them at work, ask questions and share their passion. Launched in March 2011 (with £150,000 founder founding) the company has over 100 makers. Consumers (60% female, 40% male) love the unique products and the personal connection with the people who made them.

  • Hatty Fawcett

    MBA – Founder. 15 years’ experience of marketing e-commerce websites including Moonpig.com, Woolworths.co.uk and start-up fashion retailer EBTM.com, where she grew sales to £3.5 million in 2 years.

  • Paul Lantsbury

    Safe Keeper. Paul is a Chartered Accountant. He was Finance Director at Moonpig.com (sold last year for £120 million) and has worked at Gillette UK and KPMG.

  • Dan Goode

    Chief Seeker. Dan trained in Ceramics and Art and worked at Miller’s Antiques. He has an eye for spotting the unusual and distinctive and has recruited S&A’s existing makers.

  • Martyn Allen

    Brand Keeper. Martyn is experienced in increasing sales through strong design having spent 7 years as Head of Creative at Ocado.com and then at Woolworths.co.uk
