He has participated and executed $400M+ of principal investment in US real estate and has underwritten #30B+ of commercial real estate projects during his time with PARE. At the same time, he has been managing a portfolio of luxury condominiums as rental properties for a fund managed by the company.

    Co-Founder

    Tom leads IBM Watson's healthcare innovations team as a program manager. He manages a $10M project pipeline and project manages the development of client facing solutions. With both product and project management experience at the company, he has had success executing projects worth over $1M and incubating solutions from inception.
