Gustin has 14 years of experience leading teams in the development of large scale software applications. Prior to co-founding Seedleaf, he started Entryway, a successful consultancy focused on custom software development.

Jon brings multiple years of marketing research and knowledge management experience to Seedleaf.

"At Seedleaf I help with the development of products - from idea generation during project conceptualization to acting as an internal client for the duration of the development process. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 3 children, trying to live as intentionally as possible."
