Augmented Reality (AR) is a new media experience that overlays 2D and 3D visual content directly on real-world environments and objects in the user's line of sight. Seebright is developing a cross platform environment for see-through augmented reality with cloud, authoring, and client components.

Seebright has developed a comprehensive augmented reality (AR) platform consisting of a low-cost head-mounted display (HMD) reference design with see-through, wide field-of-view optics, a 9-axis motion controller and an SDK enabling AR display rendering and multiple input modalities. Seebright’s emerging AR operating system (AR OS) is our distributed computing platform for developing and running more efficient, highly scalable AR applications. These platforms are targeted at the rapidly emerging AR ecosystem of developers, enterprises and system OEMs.
