SeCap has developed the Vendor InstaPay (“VIP”) program which provides indirect financing to local governments (counties, cities, towns, or “Clients”) by paying their vendors early using our own capital. VIP captures a prompt pay discount from the vendors, earning on average an 18%-24% gross annual ROI on capital employed. There is no charge to the Clients, which makes the program very attractive to them.
