James is a metallurgic engineering, receiving his BS Degree from George Washington U. In the 80's and 90's. He worked for Columbia Research Lab's and Boeing Aerospace, in military application parts development. In 1998 he retired, went into retail business ownership. In 2008, working with others, Penn Organic was created, the first organic material recycling company designed to utilize wood waste mixed with human sewage to create a fertilizer.

The last twenty years at Verizon, John was Project Coordinator, Team Leader and Area Manager. As a Project coordinator, he led the team that built the 911 center in Delaware County, his design was so functional it became the standard example across the area. He has 4 years of telecommunication special engineering training. After retiring John worked as Property Manager for National Realty Corporation, over-seeing new construction projects.
