Joseph has worked in IT roles (technical and leadership) over the past decade and prior to that in banking. His background provides skills and experience across a number of areas that assist him with managing the technology and operational aspects of Secure Nest. He has a particular interest in building innovative technology solutions which can provide tangible benefits to those who use them.

A Clinical Psychologist and is certified as a Schema Therapist and Supervisor with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Sally has co-authored book chapters and articles on schema therapy, presented workshops on schema therapy and eHealth, and played a role in training DVDs. Sally has a strong interest in increasing the accessibility of schema therapy using innovative methods including the use of technology platforms and group work.
