    President and CEO

    As founder of Push S.A., Mr. Ezra established the largest network of fuel stations using fuel management smart card technology. He then developed a technology to convert mechanical counters to state-of-the-art point-of-sale systems. As founder of Securant, Mr. Ezra designed the FuelSafe fuel and fleet management system which is receiving world-wide support from industry leaders as the only comprehensive solution to outdated fueling technology.

    Matthew Bronfman received a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is Chairman of BHB Holdings, a New York-based investment company and a controlling shareholder of Israel Discount Bank, one of Israel’s largest banks.
