As founder of Push S.A., Mr. Ezra established the largest network of fuel stations using fuel management smart card technology. He then developed a technology to convert mechanical counters to state-of-the-art point-of-sale systems. As founder of Securant, Mr. Ezra designed the FuelSafe fuel and fleet management system which is receiving world-wide support from industry leaders as the only comprehensive solution to outdated fueling technology.

Mr. Staples is the founder and CEO of Braxton Hancock & Sons, a Minnesota-based construction company. Starting with only a few employees, Braxton now employs over 200 people with annual sales exceeding $20,000,000.

Matthew Bronfman received a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is Chairman of BHB Holdings, a New York-based investment company and a controlling shareholder of Israel Discount Bank, one of Israel’s largest banks. Mr. Bronfman serves as a managing director at ACI Capital, a NY-based private investment firm, controls the IKEA franchise in Israel and has numerous real estate holdings there and in the U.S.

With more than 25 years experience in international sales and marketing, Mr. Katz is currently the Managing Partner of Bantry Bay Ventures-Asia with investments in China and Viet Nam. Mr. Katz was previously a partner in Chestnut Ridge Capital, an equity hedge fund and founder and Senior VP of International Equities, Knight Securities, co-responsible for developing Knight Securities in London and Europe.

Mr. Walker is Vice President of Braxton Hancock & Sons, Inc, a Minnesota-based construction company with annual sales exceeding $20,000,000 and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and a Board Member of the Carpentry Contractors Association where he serves on the Negotiating Committee responsible for negotiating the CCA Union contract.

Mr. Levy has more than 13 years experience in embedded software design, programming and hardware integration. Prior to joining Securant, Mr. Levy worked for 4 years with MTI as the lead designer of embedded projects and an embedded programmer. He studied mathematics and software at the Open University, Israel. Mr. Levy has been employed by Securant for more than 8 years.

With more than 23 years of experience, Mr. Shafir has a strong background in mathematics, mechanics and technical work. His areas of expertise include system design, digital and analog hardware design, embedded and application programming and optimization. Mr. Shafir has worked with Securant for 8 years.

Mr. Strnad has 20 years of experience in software development and is skilled in several programming languages. Prior to joining Securant, Mr. Strnad was CEO of one of the first internet providers in the Czech Republic. He also created Czech Computer Magazine award winning software INLET, a web page software used by realtors, and obtained patents on his notification database technology. Mr. Strnad has been working with Securant for seven years.
