We are in the market to buy homes that have been foreclosed on and then rehab them and resale them to deserving families that are unable to finance by traditional methods. There are a great deal of families that are in the rental markets which have sharply risen due to the need for shelter after the loss their homes. Providing this service is good for our communities providing stability for families and neighborhoods and as a company has a gain.
