Michael is our resident recording artist, songwriter, record label partner and millennial. He pivoted a musical career as a member of The Novellos and SONS Records label into the vinyl music industry while completing his studies at Columbia University. He is bringing his successful vinyl startup, 45s Club, to Second Line Vinyl.

Piper is a seasoned mastering engineer with album credits from independent artists to major labels. She is the President of the SF Chapter of the Recording Academy, committee member of the AES SF Chapter and active member of the Women’s Audio Mission. She brings a passionate commitment to quality and equality in audio.

Lyz has been a staple in the East Bay music scene for more than a decade. She is bringing her extensive experience in music production and community engagement to our team. With this, she will lead our community outreach and bay area artists relationship initiatives.

Strategic, hands-on, operating executive whose career includes 30 interim CFO positions at mostly venture capital funded emerging technology companies. Able to quickly identify underperforming financial operations, expeditiously determine corrective strategies and rapidly implement solutions. Resourceful, senior executive provides strategic, hands-on financial leadership and immediate integration into clients’ operations to produce results.
